I took a trip out to Adak, Alaska. When you look on a globe and you visually image yourself on the face of the earth at this location basically in the middle of nowhere, to some that might bring fear, especially when there is only one flight a week to this remote island weather permitting, but to me this brought freedom. There is some many abandoned ships, buildings, and history from world war II out there that it is worth any adventurous spirt, photographer or history buff to go have a stay out on Adak
